Artist Showcase
Hosted by Gem Salon
Join us this Friday in celebrating Fort Collins artists Jema Anderson, Elijah Cordova, and Em Piscopo. Elijah Cordova is a Fort Collins native hairstylist, makeup artist and illustrator inspired by the potential of using our outward appearance to dive into the depth of our inner most selves. Jema Anderson creates beautiful acrylic art on canvas capturing memories of sea and sky. Water is a central theme to her works; as she describes it, 'water is about connection.' It connects us to our humanity, is calming and is ever-changing. Em Piscopo creates whimsical ceramic pieces, finding the intersections between art and science, style and function, and bringing a bit of magic into everyday life.
