First Fridays at the America Building
December 2022
December 2nd, 6:00PM - 9:00PM
Vision
Hosted by Vanco School of Art
Vision is a pop-up art event showcasing local artists work and giving them 10% of their profits. Our goal is to get past the traditional gallery ideals and move towards a collective. We believe artists should be able to get their work out into the community without having to pay steep gallery fees and/or percentage of their profits. For the upcoming event we will have the theme VISION - join us December 2nd to support local art and artists in our community. Featuring artist Austin Barker, Coco Cosner & Scotty Roebuck.

Whitney Davis
Hosted by Bloom Floral Boutique
My name is Whitney Davis. I’m mainly a collage artist but I tend to do a lot of sewing projects as well. My style involves a lot of flower crowns and mystical creatures. I love creating new worlds with the art I make. I grew up in the Midwest and moved to Fort Collins in 2012 by accident. I was supposed to be moving to Oregon and stopped in Fort Collins for the night and here I am still. Today, I run Foco Free Art Friday where we put on free art scavenger hunts in old town every Friday in order to contribute to the belief that art is for everyone regardless of how much money you have, your background, or knowledge of art. My social medias are @sparkledirt and @focofreeartfriday
